Hi, I’m Tyler Clement, Owner and Photographer of Clement Portraits.
I’m a husband and a father of two boys. I’ve been learning and growing as a photographer for over a decade. I’ve always been drawn to photographing people. In high school, I started shooting events for our local newspaper and senior photos for my graduating friends. Now, I have a studio in Cisco, TX, and I get to call this my career.
One of my biggest inspirations is my mom. She was my best friend (honestly). She passed away in 2018 from Cancer, and that completely changed my life and the way I look at it. She was an editor/ad designer at our local newspaper, and I thought I wanted to follow in her footsteps and become a graphic designer. I went to school for a year learning graphic design, and the photography class made me re-evaluate my plan. Finally, I realized I didn’t have to be in the same career as her to make her proud.
My mom didn’t like having her picture taken. We don’t have many professional photos of her, and it breaks my heart. I would give anything to have images of her that I knew she was proud of. I want you to have the same thing to give to your family.
It’s my goal to make sure that you exist in photos. I love handing over printed artwork to my clients that they can cherish forever. I really feel like I’ve found my purpose in life, and this is it. I’d love to have you in my studio to create your legacy.
